Climate change is a top priority for California’s most liberal Democratic voters, a choice reflected in the presidential candidates they back, according to a new poll.
The City of South Bend released its Climate Action Plan “Carbon Neutral 2050” in November and the public will be able to comment on it on November 18 at a special meeting set by the Common Council.
