Wyoming traditionally has more coal production than West Virginia. But like the Mountain State, coal production in “Big Wyoming” has been on the decline for more than a decade.
Many parts of the world are bracing for more extremes including and higher temperatures and more severe droughts, while the prognosis in West Virginia is more of a mixed bag.
