A recent UN report on disasters concluded that climate change has meant the number of ‘natural’ disasters in the last 20 years was double what it was in the 20 years before that.
Quite rightly there is a lot of attention paid to reducing carbon dioxide emissions but we need to pay attention to methane as well if we are to avoid nasty surprises.
