The federal government gave the National Energy Board until February 22, 2019, to complete its review of the potential impacts of the proposed Trans Mountain pipeline expansion.
The number of complaints against the National Energy Board for withholding records in the first quarter of 2017-2018 was 400 percent higher than the total number of complaints in the previous fiscal year.
