Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost on Wednesday filed a civil racketeering lawsuit against FirstEnergy, former Ohio House Speaker Larry Householder and others tied to an alleged $60 million bribery scheme.
The $61 million alleged bribery scheme wrapped around FirstEnergy Corp. has opened old wounds for the Ohio utility giant, and convinced FirstEnergy's harshest critics that the corporation never learned its lesson.
